Prices include VAT. Your license key is shown once after checkout and emailed to you — paste it into Settings → Administration → Budget → Receipt scanning. What gets sent, and where
Your Nextcloud server makes the request — never your phone or browser — so the key stays on the server. Only the receipt image is sent: no account names, no balances, no other transactions. With a self-hosted model, nothing leaves your network at all. The documentation spells out exactly what goes where for every option.
